HELLO!
I'm Nishi Bhopal M.D.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about how to evaluate or manage sleep complaints in your practice, you’re not alone. This course will give you clear, practical tools you can use right away.
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist and Harvard-trained sleep medicine physician with an outpatient practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Over the years, I’ve helped many patients reduce reliance on sleep aids and improve their energy and sleep using an integrative, evidence-informed approach. Along the way, I’ve also provided clinical consultations to fellow clinicians navigating sleep challenges in everyday practice.
I know firsthand how difficult it can be to address sleep issues in a busy outpatient setting, especially without adequate formal training. That’s why I created this short course and distilled some of my most high-yield clinical insights into a practical, accessible format.
My hope is that this mini-course helps you feel more confident, reduces guesswork, and supports you in helping your patients sleep better.
Wishing you and your patients continued success,
